Eshun Mott is a Toronto-based Food Stylist and Recipe Developer whose favourite jobs combine both of her skill sets. Taking an idea, turning it into a delicious and doable recipe and then creating a beautiful image with maximum appetite appeal is a process she finds deeply satisfying.

Eshun is both a food stylist for and frequent contributor to Food & Drink Magazine and LCBO Marketing projects;  past Food Editor of House & Home Magazine, past Food Editor of Today's Parent Magazine and Associate Food Editor of Chatelaine Magazine. She co-authored the best-selling book Whining & Dining: Mealtime Survival for Picky Eaters and the Families Who Love Them (Random House) with Emma Waverman. Part fabulous cookbook, part parenting manual, this book is beloved by desperate parents and happy cooks of all stripes.

Today Eshun works mainly as a freelance food stylist doing commercial and editorial work for a huge range of clients.  She is appreciated for her more than 2 decades of experience in the culinary field, her problem-solving skills, her willingness to go the extra mile, and her unflappability.
